About the Author
Wil Mara is the author of more than 300 books, both fiction and nonfiction, for children as well as adults. His work has received excellent reviews in
Publishers Weekly, School Library Journal, and
Booklist. He was also an editor, production manager, and executive for numerous publishers, including McGraw-Hill, Harcourt Brace, and Scholastic. Laura Martín is an illustrator from Buenos Aires, Argentina, currently living in Berlin, Germany. Laura has worked extensively as a layout designer and editorial designer for children’s books in various publishing houses in Argentina. In addition to her illustration work, she runs her own outdoor drawing workshop in Berlin, sharing her passion for art with others.
