About the Author
Giselle Weybrecht set out to find the world’s best hot chocolate and never stopped. That quest coincided with her work embedding sustainability into education, for which she earned a UN Pioneer Award. As a chocolate maker, baker, certified taster, and judge, she travels the world speaking, researching, and sparking conversations about chocolate and sustainability. Her work has been featured in the Financial Times, Forbes, and Gourmet Traveller.
