About the Author
Susannah Conway (she/her) is a writer and teacher living in historic Bath, UK, with her feline familiars and a family of foxes in the garden. Dedicated to helping people access their creative joy and nurture a deeper kinder relationship with themselves, Susannah’s online courses and workshops have shared the joy of tarot, journaling, creativity and inner child care with tens of thousands of people from over 50 countries around the world. Her first book, This I Know: Notes on Unraveling the Heart, hit bookshelves in 2012 and Susannah continues to unravel her neurodivergent mind and heart on the endlessly patient pages of her journal.
Rachel Grant is an artist, illustrator and surface pattern designer based in ‘The Potteries’, the creative county of North Staffordshire in the UK. Her artistic practice is grounded in the meditative process of painting, combining collage, acrylic and gouache to create textural, often detailed, compositions that are inspired by simple things and slow, quiet living. She is interested in our connections to home, heritage, seasons and the natural world, always seeking to capture an atmosphere of peace and harmony; quiet, still moments in an otherwise chaotic world.
